  The Department of Revenue, Lottery Division is giving notice of intent to award a contract to Elsym Consulting Inc. that will provide development, implementation, technical support, staff training, reporting, repair and maintenance services for an internal control system (ICS) to verify that gaming transactions and reports generated by the Illinois Lottery's central gaming system are true and accurate.
