Several ways to win up to a million dollars or more - Instantly!
Several different game play styles, each with simple instructions
on the game card.
Ticket price starts at $1.
THE BASICS
You don't have to be good with numbers to play the Lottery. It's
easy and fun. A quick glance at this easy-to-follow guide will teach
you the ins-and-outs of Illinois Lottery Games. Specialize in one
game or play them all. Just remember, you must be 18 years or older
to play.
THE PLAY SLIP
Select a play slip for the game you want to play: Mega Millions,
Lotto, Little Lotto, Pick 3 or Pick 4 (Instant games don't need
a play slip.)
Pick your numbers by filling in the boxes with a blue or black
ball-point pen only. The number of boxes you fill in will depend
on which game you're playing. If you mark a panel in error there's
no need to start over with a new play slip - simply mark the VOID
box for that game.
How much does it cost? Each game can be played for only a buck.
Pick 3 and Pick 4 can be played for 50¢.
Hand it to the retailer behind the counter.
The retailer will simply enter your selections and give you
your game ticket(s).
Before you leave, check to make sure the retailer gave you
the correct numbers. No refunds will be given for tickets printed
incorrectly, except on Pick 3 or Pick 4, so check twice.
Remember, if you want to play the same numbers, you can use
your play slip over again.
IN A HURRY?
Ask for an automatic "Quick Pick," instead of a Play Slip.
The computer randomly selects the numbers for you.

WHERE DO THE LOTTERY PROFITS GO?
By law, profits from all regular Lottery games are deposited into the state's Common School Fund supporting kindergarten through 12th grade public education.
Illinois students and schoolrooms receive nearly $623 million per
year in Lottery revenue - about 9.6% of the state's annual contribution
to K-12 education. From chalk to computer labs, the dollars you
don't win back are going toward a winning cause.
The Illinois Lottery is additionally mandated to conduct lottery games to benefit specific causes. Through June 30, 2007, the Lottery has transferred $4.3
million to the Carolyn Adams Ticket for the Cure Memorial Fund to support breast cancer awareness programs and $3.4 million
to the Veterans Assistance Fund to support programs for the benefit of Illinois military veterans. For more inforamtion please click here.
