Why are the Plus Fireball prizes changing?
The Illinois Lottery exists to generate essential funding for K-12 education through the Common School Fund across the state of Illinois. The prize payouts have been revised to ensure that Plus Fireball delivers a positive return to education, while still providing a great game experience for players.
Do these changes affect the base Pick games?
There are no changes to Pick 3 or Pick 4 base game. This change only affects the Plus Fireball add-on prize tier.
Are there any other changes to Pick and/or Fireball?
There were no other changes made to these games. All elements of the game including the price, game play, odds and draw times remain the same.
