JOLIET, IL — February 15, 2018 — Joliet resident Charles Dickhaut instantly won $4,000,000 when he scratched a 100X The Money ticket. “I still can’t believe it,” Dickhaut said of his top-prize win. He plans to keep working his full-time job while paying off his home and investing his winnings.

Dickhaut bought a few 100X The Money tickets while buying diapers for his newborn at Speedway, 900 Brook Forest Ave., in Shorewood. He bought two tickets, and lost before buying the winning ticket.

Speedway received a bonus of $40,000, or one percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket. 100X The Money is a $20 instant ticket that featured eight top prizes of $4,000,000. For more information, please visit www.illinoislottery.com.
