PROPHETSTOWN, IL — April 4, 2018 — Prophetstown resident Tobias Bloom instantly won a $356,888 top prize when he scratched a $250,000 Taxes Paid.
Bloom, an assistant manager at Kay Jewelers, was on quite the lucky streak. He won $1,500 in a Mega Millions drawing the week before his big instant win.
