$5,000,000 Lotto Jackpot Won!

INGLESIDE, IL – If you bought a Lotto ticket in Ingleside, you may want to check it right away! A liquor store in Ingleside sold a $5,000,000 winning Lotto ticket in the Monday, August 19, drawing.

The winning Lotto ticket was purchased at A & N Liquors, 34780 Catherine St., in Ingleside, and matched all six numbers – 24 - 27 - 28 - 39 - 41 - 46 – to win the jackpot. The retailer will receive a bonus of $50,000, or one percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket.

The Illinois Lottery urges the lucky winner to sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place until they visit one of the Lottery’s five Prize Centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Rockford, Springfield or Fairview Heights. Winners have one year from the original drawing date to claim their prize.

More than 53,700 players won prizes ranging from $1 to $1,460 in this Lotto drawing.  In all, players won more than in this $5,131,300 in this Lotto drawing.  Lotto drawings are Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 9:22 p.m. CST.
