$1.2 Million Lucky Day Lotto Jackpot Won in Carol Stream!
CAROL STREAM – If you bought a Lucky Day Lotto ticket in Carol Stream, you may want to check it right away! A liquor store in Carol Stream sold a $1.2 million winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket in the Wednesday, May 12, midday drawing.
The winning ticket was purchased at S & K Liquor, 628 E. St Charles Rd., in Carol Stream and matched all five numbers – 11 - 26 - 38 - 40 - 43 – to win the jackpot.
The retailer will receive a bonus of $12,000 (one percent of the prize amount) for selling the winning ticket. This is the largest winning ticket sold by S & K Liquor, who have been selling lottery tickets since it opened in 2011.
More than 24,700 other prizes, ranging from $1 to $200, were won this Lucky Day Lotto drawing. In all, players won more than $1,258,700 in this drawing.
