Week of Winners: Over $6 Million Awarded in Illinois This Week

CHICAGO – Illinois is full of winners and last week the Illinois Lottery created over 523,000 more. These winners span the entire state of Illinois with prizes won from all Illinois Lottery jackpot games.

The largest wins of this week were two $50,000 Powerball prizes, both won during the Saturday, August 29 drawing. One ticket was purchased by an Illinois Lottery app player from Lyons and the other was purchased at The Pride of Wheaton, 25W420 Geneva Rd., in Wheaton.
