Illinois Lottery Cancels National Lottery Day Event Scheduled For Friday, July 17 Due To Chicago Air Quality Alert
WHAT:
The Illinois Lottery has canceled its National Lottery Day celebration scheduled for Friday, July 17, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Gas Express, 501 W. 31st St., Chicago, due to the Illinois EPA's extended air quality alert for the Chicago area through Friday.
The decision was made to prioritize the health and safety of event attendees, staff, and partners.
