Illinois Lottery’s Fast-Paced Game Now Available at 25 Buffalo Wild Wings Locations Across Chicagoland and Rockford

CHICAGO, September 30, 2026 — The excitement at Buffalo Wild Wings just got a little hotter. HotWins®, the Illinois Lottery’s fast-paced game featuring a new drawing every four minutes, is now available at 25 Buffalo Wild Wings locations across Chicagoland and Rockford.

The new partnership between the Illinois Lottery and Grube Inc., operator of Buffalo Wild Wings, brings HotWins to a setting built around sports, entertainment and social experiences. Guests can now add HotWins to their visit while enjoying food and spending time with friends.

With a new drawing every four minutes, HotWins keeps the action moving and gives players frequent opportunities to play for a chance to win throughout their visit. The game was developed specifically for the retail environment, bringing Lottery play to places where people already gather and socialize.

“HotWins was designed for an environment like Buffalo Wild Wings,” said Harold Mays, Director of the Illinois Lottery. “People come to Buffalo Wild Wings for the excitement of sports, the energy of competition and the experience of being together. HotWins brings that same sense of anticipation to the Lottery, with a new draw every four minutes. We’re excited to partner with Grube Inc. and introduce HotWins to their guests across Chicagoland and Rockford.”

With HotWins, players select 1–10 numbers from 1 through 80 and choose their wager amount, starting at $1. A $10 “HOT” wager offers a top prize of up to $1 million. Draw results are displayed live on in-store screens and terminals, adding a visible, interactive element to the experience.

Participating Buffalo Wild Wings locations will also offer other Illinois Lottery draw-based games, giving guests additional opportunities to play while visiting the restaurant.
