If you received an ad, email, or notification for the promotion, do not have an Illinois Lottery account, are 18 years of age or older, and meet all of the eligibility requirements set forth in the Official Rules, you are eligible for the promotion.
How do I participate in the promotion?
In order to participate, you must:
1. Click on the link provided in the advertisement or communication. This will lead to the Illinois Lottery website;
2. Create an Illinois Lottery account.
How will I receive my voucher?
After you have earned your voucher, it will appear under the “My Promotions” tab in your profile. You will also receive an email, notifying you that the voucher is available. Please allow up to 24 hours for your voucher to appear.
What should I do if I don't receive my voucher?
If you don’t receive your voucher within 24 hours of completing all of the required steps for the promotion, please contact [email protected] or 1-800-252-1775 for assistance.
How do I redeem my voucher?
You can redeem your voucher by taking the following steps:
1. Log into your Illinois Lottery account on the Illinois Lottery website or app;
2. Open the “My Promotions” tab in your profile;
3. Click “Play and Redeem Now;”
5. Click "Buy Now;" and
6. Click "Purchase."
Can I withdraw the money I deposit into my wallet if I change my mind?
No, the money that you deposit into your wallet cannot be withdrawn. However, you can withdraw your winnings.
