Lucky Weekend In Illinois: Two Jackpots Won!

STREAMWOOD – If you recently purchased a Lucky Day Lotto ticket, you may want to check it right away! A convenience store in Streamwood sold a $300,000 winning ticket in the Saturday, April 20, midday draw, and a gas station in Braidwood sold a $100,000 winning ticket in the Saturday, April 20, evening draw.

The winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket in the Saturday, April 20, midday draw was purchased at 7-Eleven, 2 E. Irving Park Rd., in Streamwood, and matched all five numbers – 16- 21 - 29 - 37 - 40 – to win a $300,000 prize. The retailer will receive a bonus of $3,000, or one percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket. More than 10,500 prizes, ranging from $1 to $200, were won in this Lucky Day Lotto drawing. In all, players won more than $324,300 in this drawing.

The winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket in the Saturday, April 20, evening draw was purchased at Circle K, 105 S. Front St., in Braidwood, and matched all five numbers – 11 - 15 - 21 - 24 - 28 – to win a $100,000 prize. The retailer will receive a bonus of $1,000, or one percent of the prize amount, for selling the winning ticket. More than 16,600 prizes, ranging from $1 to $200, were won in this Lucky Day Lotto drawing. In all, players won more than $144,000 in this drawing.

The Illinois Lottery urges the lucky winners to sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place until they call 1-800-252-1775.
