$1,050,000 Lucky Day Lotto Jackpot Won in Chicago Heights

CHICAGO HEIGHTS – If you bought a Lucky Day Lotto ticket in Chicago Heights, you may want to check it right away! A local store in Chicago Heights sold a $1,050,000 winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket in the Friday, June 19, evening drawing.

The winning ticket was purchased at Dinos Food & Liquor, 443 Ashland Ave., in Chicago Heights and matched all five numbers – 05 - 15 - 16 - 32 - 33 – to win the jackpot. 

The retailer will receive a bonus of $10,500 (one percent of the prize amount) for selling the winning ticket. Phillip and Livia Faso, the owners of Dinos Food & Liquor, were both very excited for their win. They have owned the store for almost 11 years and have sold lottery tickets since the start. 

“We have wonderful customers, and we do anything we can to improve their experience at our store,” Phillip explained. They are planning to use their bonus to make improvements to their store that will ultimately benefit their customers. 

More than 36,000 other prizes, ranging from $1 to $5,000, were won this Lucky Day Lotto drawing. In all, players won more than $1,139,700 in this drawing.
